On August 24, SCC Group was invited by CATL to attend the official opening ceremony of China's first heavy-duty truck battery swap corridor — the Shenyang–Haikou Expressway Ningde–Xiamen Trunk Line — witnessing a milestone moment for the road freight industry's entry into the 'zero-carbon' era.
It was learned at the ceremony that the Ningde–Xiamen line spans a total distance of 680 kilometers, with four battery swap stations installed along the route, capable of meeting the simultaneous battery swap and energy replenishment needs of no fewer than 200 heavy-duty trucks. This will effectively address the 'range anxiety' and 'recharging anxiety' associated with new energy heavy-duty trucks.
The completion of the Ningde–Xiamen line represents a pioneering practice in green and efficient development of domestic trunk logistics, accelerating the road freight industry's transition into the 'zero-carbon' era.

The Ningde–Xiamen Line is located along the Shenyang–Haikou Expressway Fuzhou Ring Expressway section, spanning approximately 420 kilometers, with four battery swap stations equipped along the route. It integrates Qiji battery swap blocks, Qiji battery swap stations, and the Qiji cloud platform, fully leveraging the innovative technology and operational model advantages of the Qiji one-stop battery swap solution to resolve the 'range anxiety' and 'recharging anxiety' experienced by heavy-duty truck drivers traveling between Ningde and Xiamen, thereby constructing an environmentally friendly, economical, and efficient heavy-duty truck battery swap corridor.
Relying on the Qiji battery swap solution, based on Fujian Province's heavy-duty truck fleet of 120,000 vehicles, and adopting a vehicle-battery separation business model, without factoring in fuel price fluctuations and without increasing vehicle acquisition costs, logistics costs can be reduced by approximately RMB 3 billion annually, while carbon emissions can be cut by over 18 million tons.
